Thank you for visiting my portfolio. Here is a little about myself, I am a UX Researcher who thrives in extremely complex enterprise systems, where user needs intersect with intricate technical architectures and organizational constraints. With 7+ years of experience, I've specialized in making sophisticated Engineering tools accessible to users while respecting the technical and business realities that shape enterprise software.
My dual MS degrees in Human-Computer Interaction (Georgia Tech) and Computer Science (Virginia Tech) allow me to speak both user advocacy and engineering languages. This technical foundation helps me design research that's user-centered, technically feasible, and organizationally actionable.
Complex enterprise systems energize me because they require strategic thinking beyond traditional usability testing. I understand when perfect UX must yield to technical constraints, how to research workflows spanning multiple systems, and how to advocate for users in engineering-focused organizations. I build measurement systems that help teams make informed trade-offs between user needs, technical complexity, and business constraints over time. My focus is creating sustainable research approaches that outlast individual projects and enable systematic improvement of enterprise software.

I have outlined a few of the projects that I have had the chance to work on and learn from over the last few years. Please feel free to connect with me to discuss any of these further or just to get to know me better :)
Outside of work, IÂ enjoy boardgames with my family, baking, crocheting, spending time with my cats, playing Table Tennis.
